2. Return conditions
   For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• New, unworn, and undamaged.
• Returned in its original packaging.

3. Refund procedure

   After confirmation, you will receive the return address.
   Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 to 9 working days.

4. Return costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
